I call this place, and ask to be transferred to my uncle's unit. Either I get placed on hold for 15 mins +, there is no answer, or the person answering at the unit will hang up. Please be a professional. If you want me to call later or tomorrow, please say so. But, don't waste my time. The worse is that we know nothing about my uncle's condition.
