These people are so rude! I'm a very courteous and polite. Yes ma'am and no ma'am kind of thing. I called just too ask about how i can go about getting a replacement card for one of my children that i never got after she was born. And she was just awful towards me. Then she asked me what my child's social was? I told her i never received it. Thats why i was calling ma'am ! They talk too you like your bothering them and you shouldn't be calling! My goodness. I know what it feels like too deal with people and customer service, so I treat hardworking people with respect. Thats not the people at the Social office though. Something needs too be done!
