This company came to assess an issue with my oven. The service tech told us that it could be one of three issues and without replacing all three parts they have no way of knowing which one it is. I paid $125 to get a diagnosis as what was wrong. I did not receive that. When I called wind service to complain, they denied saying they didn't know which part it was and that I now need all the parts. That was NOT what was said at time of service. This company is a scam and I will be calling kitchen aid to let them know their referral did not do their job. Shame on kitchen aid for referring and Shame on wind service for being scam artists and liars.
