Top company that keeps to the agreements made. Why...

Top company that keeps to the agreements made. Why? Purchased an MB A180 in mid-February 2019 (with a 12-month BOVAG warranty). Have some minor repairs carried out at BAAN under warranty. However, the car suffered from water leakage (known ventilation grilles behind the rear bumper), resulting in excess water behind the drivers and passenger seat. At that time, the car was + - out of warranty for three weeks.

A short phone call to the MB dealer where I was told that the repair would cost 2,000. So Smeeing just called and explained the story. If I brought the car, they would look into it. No sooner said than done. Car left at Smeeing after driving 137 km. Also indicated that there are some black stripes on the b-pillar. Hereby Mr. Morelissen indicated that he would like to polish them.
Regarding the leakage, the ventilation grids turned out to be the culprits. He would check / repair Smeeing. Repair proposal out of leniency 50/50. Total amount 440/2 = 220 to be paid. Car was then neatly delivered to my home on the trailer (137 km). The B-pillar was cleaned and the tank was filled 3 / 4th (as agreed).

The next day in the car I found out that the floor covering is still very wet. Therefore called immediately with Mr. Morelissen. He indicated that the car would be picked up (again 137km with the trailer) and that they would look at it again. The entire covering was removed, dried and replaced (see photo). An extra was that they had polished and touched up a small scratch on the driver's side. The car was then delivered home with the trailer (137 km).

In short: I am satisfied. Nick Morelissen is a kind of man who keeps to made agreements. Topper!
We like that. No fuss, agreements made are kept. Then I am not the most difficult myself. Of course also made possible by Smeeing himself. And before I forget your driver is also a top guy. Always cheerful, always smiling.
