Forget about working. CMF has the worst management for interview process. They hire you, make you resign from your previous firm; and then, after a month, refuse to give you joining on the grounds of Client delay ( which is a false picture to cover Cost Cutting in Company ). Then again they call you up that they have a vacancy and try to pull you in by building fake emotional stories such as IT raid in the company. When you refuse their offer, after hearing negative feedback about the company, they call you up and threaten to ruin your career. I would suggest you to be beware of this company and their owners (Abhinav Jain and Abhishek Jain). Not to forget their sweet speaking fake HR Misha Chawla . Strictly A Big No No .
