Rude and insolent people in the Call Center should be fired. What is the purpose of a call center if no information or advice can be obtained ?! When you ask a question raises an arrogant answer of the type it is not our problem, you need to know it, solve it, etc. It is unfortunate that we are forced to work with a company like this and give them money.
