Bought a new house in kingswinford recently and had major issues with the developer. however Ortons group have the electrical and plumbing contract. we have had numerous issues of poor workmanship by ortons group, which a lot they have sorted none the less if they did the work properly they wouldn t have had to rectify it. However the latest issue we discovered was the ortons gas safe engineer signed off our boiler as it had been installed correctly and this was passed to the council for sign off checks. however after calling gas safe for an inspection they deemed our boiler un safe and we had to turn this off immediately. they have since repaired the boiler and left the boiler in a right mess. but this is the kind of work this company does, poor workmanship and anything to cut corners. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE INSTAL ANYTHING AS LIFE THREATENING AS A BOILER FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.
