They refused to treat my dog without the money on hand. Who has 500 dollars on them all the time? I told them I could pay them the next morning and they told me that if they knew this at the time of treatment, they wouldn't have helped my dog. They do not take checks.

My dog had hemorrhagic gastritis at the time and was bleeding all over the place. They gave me medicine for my dog's bleeding and when I told them I couldn't pay, THEY TOOK THE MEDICINE OUT OF MY HANDS and refused to give it to me. I had to leave my license and debit car with them as collateral. I was able to pay them the next day like I said I could. They treated me terribly then as well.

Considering this urgent care is really the only facility close to me, I was shocked that this was their policy. I would love to say I wouldn't go back, but if something happens to my animals I don't have much other choice. I am saddened that this is my best option.

As for treating the dog, they did all right.
