A FREE car wash is included in the oil change. They did NOT wash my vehicle. I had to re enter and get it taken care of.
They did a horrible FREE wash. I had to wipe the dirt off when I got to my next destination.
Very dissatisfied today with the Service Department except for Casey and Steve.
