This was a tough review to write. My stylist did a superb job.

My concerns are based on the handling of an issue with my color.

I had a red base that continued to wash off more than two weeks after my appointment.

I called the salon was given a lecture on the size of the red pigments being very large molecules and that was the reason I continued to see red come off on the towels.

Additionally I was told that using a non-professionap product, i.e. John Frieda Red was to blame.

$185 down the drain ... literally

Very poor customer service.

Edit: I want to thank the salon for responding to my review. I guess I omitted the fact that the John Frieda product is not hair color it is a color preserving SHAMPOO which I have used for many years. I am a natural redhead and the color was just an uplift from my real color. I've been having my hair colored for years --red-- and never have had an issue with the color washing off as it did. I have never attempted to color my hair on my own, nor would I.
