My experience with your hotel ended on a simple call to reserve a room. We were looking to get a room with a lake view king size. We have never been in the hotel before. The receptionist English was exceptionally poor. She was unprofessional to the absurd point. We spend 30 min on the phone, she failed completely to get the name and email address to the point it was absolutely ridiculous. The phone call got disconnected, neither did she call back, even though she got our number prior, nor we could get through, cause no one was picking up the phone. We travel so much, I have never being treated by the luxury hotel like that.
