After the lockdown, they forgot their business ethic , morality etc. It has been more than 2 months Barbican Virgin Active is closed and they don t hesitate to charge full fee from their members. When I tried to reach their customer service by phone, the last time I gave up on 47th waiting minute. They charged me 2 fully months for a service they didn t give me and their explanations by mail are hilarious: you can use the other gyms if you d like. Did you ask me that I have any intention to use your other branches? I paid for Barbican, Barbican branch is close to my home and I expect to use Barbican when I am paying for it. In society there are plenty of different names to call people takes your money unfair and not giving a service. You can use all of them for VirginActive too. There are much better and work ethic gym saloons around just check it.
