The worst vacation I have ever had. There were problems after problems. Instead of trying to be accommodating, after the resort made mistakes, they just made things worse with their lack of basic customer service skills. Most of the staff are incredibly rude and will create arguments with you. They do not want to fix anything. Our A/C unit broke and we asked for it to get fixed because the room was very hot. When we got back to our room after the repair and being at the beach all day, they had set the temp to 27 and put on the heat in the room. Do not except any type of good service, unless you see Lauralee at Maple Bar. Also, the manager named Megan was good.
The beach and pool was very nice. The experience at Stoneleigh Farms was really great as well.
