Our son took out a policy recently but constantly gets incorrect spelled name and email address. His home address has been wrong too. Customer service finally got his policy to him by mail but his legal name and email are incorrect. VERY poor customer service!!!! We have advised him not to sign anything until ALL info is correct on his policy!
