I stay here several times a year on work trips, and it is consistently quite good. I'm not a demanding traveler. I just want a clean, comfortable, quiet hotel room with no hassles. The Omni Berkshire delivers every single time. The room service pizzas aren't the greatest I've ever had, but plenty of other items on the menu are good. If you have a weakness for min-bar chocolate, watch out. The rooms are always well stocked with chocolate.
