Really bad receptionist experience. I know this is a bad time but we are all in it. Yesterday, I ordered food and asked if I can leave my room to get it (by dialing 0) and the guy said it's fine. Today, I ordered food and and left my room to get it and the woman downstairs was terribly mannered with the way she spoke to me that I am not supposed to leave the room. It is not my fault that the hotel staff are not consistent with what they say. I was thinking to come back after this but surely I won't again. Choose your staff wisely next time.
