The saying goes....you get what you pay for ,this is no doubt what to expect when it comes to my Adaptive headlight on my HD . When the crew installed it at Sturgis south Dakota rally talking to the guys at the JW tent was like hanging with friends from back home. Then just months later when we sold the 17 street glide the headlight was put on the shelf waiting for my 18 RK Special Anniversary to arrive. Had a couple of questions and the guys went out of there way to make sure I had everything I needed to connect with my new bike. Iv talked with Tyler on several occasions about this and just wanted to share my experience. They have a great product and even better customer service. Thanks again TR
