I purchased my certified pre-owned 3 series from BMW of Nashville for about 28k. The car has been maintained with them ever since, every bit of suggested maintenance has been done at BMW of Nashville. Less than two years later, when I took the car to them to trade it in on something else, they offered me 10k, thousands below kbb. What a joke!! That is how they thank you for being a loyal customer.
