I am Nilesh Dhavale, have completed Post-graduation in CAD/CAM with distinction from VIT University, Vellore in 2015. When I was looking for long term and right career path, I came to know about IKSC through industry network. I came to IKSC and met Atul sir, who is Managing Director of IKSC and has 25+ years of International Professional Experience. At IKSC, I gave world class Psychometric test, which helped me in knowing my strengths, weaknesses and career aspirations. The test results and guidance from sir helped me in deciding BIW and Crash Analysis as my long term Career path and have completed 8 months.
My experience at IKSC has been wonderful because, the motivation from sir and environment here has helped in my overall development. I have developed expertise in software tools like Catia, Hypermesh and LS-DYNA. I got exposure to live industry projects individually as well as in team and was fortunate to meet industry experts to clarify my doubts related to projects. The interaction with industry experts made me aware about the current trends in industries. Apart from this, I have developed my skills in six sigma, value engineering and productivity tools. The curriculum here emphasizes on developing communication skills and we all are aware of its importance. Presenting projects and knowledge sharing sessions during meeting has helped me in building up confidence. The Wordsmaya English proficiency classes have helped in improving in Group discussions and presentation skills.
Today I am pleased to share that, I am working from last 2.5 yrs in Renault Nissan Technology Business Center India Pvt. Ltd. as Crash Analysis Engineer.
