The primary reason I went with Legend is because they were the only ones I could find who would put their production guarantee in writing (which promises to pay the difference each year if I get less output). Unfortunately, I can't get them to pay it.

The first year my system generated just 9,308 kWh, far less than the 12,337 kWh in my guarantee.

For 5 months now I have been trying to get Legend to pay me the difference. A customer service rep told me three months ago it was approved by accounting, but I've never seen anything. And I haven't been able to get anyone to respond since. The territory manager won't return my calls. I've even sent an email and letter to the company president, with no response.

UPDATE - After I posted this review I also filed a complaint about this with the Better Business Bureau. A day after I filed my BBB complaint I heard back from Legend, and they sent me my check immediately. I wish I didn't have to go through that much trouble to get it, but I'm glad they finally sent it. They then followed up with a six-month review of my system, which I appreciated.
