I had a new puppy who became sick just days after bringing her home. I took her to the BVSPCA West Chester branch for help, and they were amazing!... AJ was phenomenal- genuinely caring, attentive (called me every day to update me when my pup was in sick)... Truly patient and compassionate. So grateful!
