A great experience, and I'm never going anywhere else.

I'm not afraid to open up a computer to check on loose connections or swap out a card, but I had a problem I couldn't figure out. The boss lady fixed it completely a) before I could even get an appointment at Best Buy and b) for less than half the price ReBoot charges just to look at a "custom-build."

She told me what she did and why, didn't treat me like I MUST be stupid, didn't try to upsell me, did the job, and got back to work on somebody else's machine.

Boom. That's how it's done. Thanks a lot, G C Computer!
