I picked up my new Z4 today. I am absolutely delighted with the service I received from Ashley Baulk. He took a lot of trouble to understand my needs and to find my dream car for me. He kept me updated throughout the process by telephone and also sent me a video of my new car. First class service.

Every time I have visited the show room the reception staff have been very welcoming and helpful.
