High rating due to friendly employees! Would have given 3 stars if not the extra deserved for the super nice checkin and checkout employees. Our room was nice and it was clean until we pulled covers back and moved pillows. The pillows were nasty. Covered in dust and hair. So were the sheets. Didnt notice the sheets until after I went to the desk and showed her my pillows. I only asked that cases be brought to us. That was done promptly, very nicely. I was too tired to ask for sheets to change so we just wrapped up in our blankets. The bathroom was very clean and the coffee area great. My children loved loved loved the garden area. I highly recommend staying here if you are coming through or are staying in a nearby larger town or mountains! You wouldn't regret it.
