Great service from these guys, river can be challenging in a few spots if your in a canoe with people that don't know how to canoe. Watched two groups of three pretty much sink two canoes. We had a tandem kayak and didn't have any issues. They do not pick you up or drop you off so you paddle upstream then float on back. My group of 12 people did not seem to have any issues.
