So far not a great experience. Called on a Friday ...

So far not a great experience. Called on a Friday night to have an electrician come take a look at my breaker panel since I keep tripping breakers and literally can't keep the power on for more than 5 minutes at a time. They schedule me for a 12-4 time frame on Saturday afternoon and require me to pay a $69 "deposit" to make sure that someone will be here since its a Saturday call. Come Saturday morning I get a call from one of their CSR asking if I would be available should their technician find a way to get to me before my slotted time. I say yes and hang out at th house all day only to have 4 pm come and go without so much as a phone call from a technician. I call the CSR back and give them my work order number only to be informed the job was "auto dispatched to a technician that was off today". Really, are you kidding me!? Then how was that not picked up when I was called and asked if I was available for an early time slot. The CSR offered to re-schedule for Sunday morning and when I inquired about getting a refund for my "deposit" was told
It wasn't a deposit but a "weekend trip charge" and offered a $20 coupon towards service. What a joke.
