False advertising and not prepared

False advertising and not prepared

Rented a 7 passenger van with cruise control for a 3 day 8 hour trip around southwest England with some visiting family. Although I scheduled a late afternoon pickup, the vehicle wasn't ready as they had to clean it and check the fluids. After getting in the vehicle it only had 3/8 tank of gas. Once on the road an engine light came on indicating low "blue" fluid and it wouldn't start after 400 miles. After getting on the highway we discovered it didn't have cruise control as advertised.

When returning the vehicle I brought these issues up to the Enterprise staff and manager. I had to prove that the advertisement originally stated cruise control. The manager stated that they can't guarantee the features as indicated by the Enterprise website. They also stated that the fuel level policy is NOT to return it full since they don't have the staff to fill vehicles that aren't returned full. They apologized about the fluid level and said we were in no danger.
