This is an aweful company that could careless about customer service. I am cancelling my contract ASAP. It took a week to get an appointment to look at our broken diswasher. They called the day of the appointment and we missed the call. Their response was too bad, you'll have to wait two weeks for another appointment. I can't work with people like this.
