Beware..! Very bad service..! If there was an option I would not even give that one star.. The website has all these magical words. Best friend in bad day..! .. exactly opposite.. they don t even care. My house AC was checked by the technician from service America on monday(6/18/2018) and I was told that they will try to fix it by 06/27/18. So that s almost 10 days without AC. I already paid addititional $75 (apart from the regular visit fee) for a fast paced service and this is what we get. Spoke to customer service and after holding for 15 minutes they said the manager was going to call back with in a day.. never received that call..! It s summer, little kids are on vacation and we already smell and see mold in our house. And the best part is , this AC was initially placed by Service America almost one and half year back and as soon as the warranty is done.. the motor stops working..!
