They repainted our house and did an excellent job with both the prep and the actual painting. They were very concerned with getting the job done right the first time. A little on the expensive side, but well worth it.

After I posted this review we called the Reliable folks over to do a small repair job, replace 1/2 sheet of dry wall, texture it and repair the flooring. The flooring and dry wall were just slightly water damaged. They came over and inspected the wall and floor and found no rot or structural damage. They said they could do the drywall - no problem but would have to check with their "floor guy" on the flooring repair. They even offered to remove the drywall for free. After 2 or 3 weeks we heard nothing from them about scheduling or anything. I called the office and they sent a person out the next day to remove & replace the drywall. He did fine but we had to wait to have another person come in to do the joint taping and texturing. Another 2 or 3 weeks went by and I had to call again to get them to send a person to do the taping and texturing. I then waited about 2 week more and called to ask when the flooring guy would be coming. At the beginning they told me they were going to check with their "floor guy" Then, after more than a month, they told me they WERN'T GOING TO DO THE FLOORING! I told them that I would have appreciated being informed of that much sooner so I could have someone else finish the job.

With all the delays and miscommunications on this little fix-up job I was very disappointed with the level of service I received. I appreciate that there was no charge for the job, but nearly 2 months to do a job that could have been done in less than a few days! It became very clear that Reliable is a great contractor to use if you have a big job, like $10,000 but if your job is small, they try to fit you in when their people have the time. And if they don't, GOOD LUCK. Try someone else for small jobs around $1000 or less
