I was there with my mom for one week in March and ...

I was there with my mom for one week in March and I regret that I didn t takw note about the negative reviews.
The only good things were the room was clean and very nice with nice sea view even a garden view and the swimming pool, cold but with nice view.
Negative: the hall very poor .. the team disorganized... guests from Ukraine with no respect for anyone and receptionists speaking almost only russian!! I had also problems with the payment as they wanted to make me pay the same amount in english pounds while I had to pay in dollars( the difference was quite big between the currencies)!!!
Internet warking only in the hall and main restaurant(down of the hall)...The feeling was not good in the main restaurant ..everything was so disparsed.
The guests(mainly ukranians ) with no manners at all were shouting all the times and occupying 5 beds while there were just 3 people and no one was saying nothing to them..so in the beach were very difficult to find a bed if you decided to go a bit late(8am)..and you had to let in the beds not only the towels but also other stuffs otherwise they would keep you beds.
The restaurants were a bit poor(italian and flame) but the service was good.. the guys were so gentle.
The flame in the evening was so good
The animation team was good..they did lots of thing but still the hotel is big And disperse.

We would go again
