Worst company to deal with. They try to find every excuse under the sun not to pay. Lie on top of it ;The claim department call me needing to get my correct address to send the check to pay off my son bury she even said they couldn't pay double because some of part of the autopsy was marked out in red. I said that's fine I'll except that as long as I didn't have to pay my son funeral expense out of my pocket. Yes the joke was on me because the funeral homes called a week later no check. This liar I had talked to I called her back and she say I'm sorry it had to go through someone else hands and we need some more documents. If I could get a family member to lie or me then they would consider. I've have had conversation with 2 guys who used to work for Senior Life and there comment were they are the WORST company you can deal with. They don't care about how they treat people's .
