I had a explore discount rate for this property and And was told once I arrived that it was cxled because they weren't excepting explore rates because of covid. Which made no since to me! I was told that there was another Marriott downtown that I sat in traffic for 40 minutes to get to this property that is excepting explore rates. After a 3 hour drive you can imagine how frustrating that was. I would love to know since it's all about the covid stuff that if I had I higher rate I would've been able to stay. As a operations manager at a courtyard Myself, I just dont see what the issue was. If there is a reasonable explanation that I'm just simply missing id love to here back from someone! Thank you!
