Carmel Driver cancelled pickup 10 minutes before scheduled time. Leaving me stranded before a trip. I call and email customer service to get a credit and APOLOGY, no response. With the amount of car services, don't use this one. The lack of customer service says it all that they don't even care to call back or email a customer.
