If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have never been so insulted in my life by this one particular TSA agent. I have never flown from or through here before and I plan to never fly from here again if I can avoid it. I did not catch his name but was an older balding white haired man that was extremely unnecessarily rude and insulting. To the point he actually yelled at me. I accidentally handed him my wrong ID that has my married name. I still had my license with my maiden name so all he had to do was politely say ma'am these don't match. Instead he insults me and says my military ID is useless here and I'm not important enough for TSA pre check. Which I wasn't even in that line for and I know I'm not au automatic candidate or have applied for it. He then continued after yelling at me trying to egg me on hoping I'd yell at him. I merely took my documents and bags and walked away. But that wasn't the end of it. I heard him speaking to the passengers behind me in line about me. I was so upset I began shaking at my gate. No respect for women, or the military and no patience whatsoever. AND HE HAD JUST OPENED. Great way to start your shift and my day.
