It's always been my dream to visit The Fat Duck after seeing all of Heston's TV programmes. I don't want to give too much away as the 17 courses and 5 hours of immense pleasurable dining experience is unmatched. It's not cheap or easy to book but as one of the world's best restaurants you wouldn't expect it to be!
