We have slept 1 night in this hotel. The website is beautiful, the location is beautiful and it is a very beautiful environment. What we didn't realize was that you didn't spend the night in the main building. (Wss though if you have a more expensive room) but an outbuilding. Looks great. The room seemed pretty ok and tidy but soon we saw white stains and a footprint on the couch, ugly edges on the table, stains everywhere on the walls and in the carpet ... we have read more reviews and why is this a 4 star hotel? I think there was little staff but is that an excuse that the pool is so close? (dead flies everywhere I even got in). The woman behind the counter also seemed irritated. She clearly stated that there was little staff. They have cleaned our mirror and removed the hair from the sink because it was still there, but otherwise ... very nasty: (a shame because it seems so beautiful and I think they can prevent many disappointments by simply cleaning better to make.
