I called Hair design to take an appt for highlight...

I called Hair design to take an appt for highlights and cut. Was informed curtly on the phone when I gave them my number( as I visit Hair design often )that because I had a cancellation in the past they need a credit card to book my appt !?!?!?!?!?
I have been their customer ever since we moved to Oakville in 2005 and they were at Neyagawa. I have given them several referrals as I was so happy with their service but after today....There will be no good or positive feedback for you Hair Design .. ever.
You need a 24 hour notice for cancellation, well guess what... Sometimes life happens and that s not possible. Would you have been okay if I came to the appt with a bout of viral flu?!? Now that I think of it, I should have kept my appt and contaminated your esteemed, high headed place .
I feel so ridiculous after this call to you today. There are umpteen number of salons....and will have mine and my friends and families business.
This post about my experience will be shared in every group/every local organisation I am a part of.
You are in the community because of people like us who valued you. If you fail to value my business.. I don t consider you a part of my community anymore.
