I can see why LG is losing the battle with everyone. The reviews on google should tell everyone something. I will no longer buy any of their products due to their customer service people and their "Warranty". I recently had my defective LG tones switched. Since I bought them at AT&T and they had to switch them out and the recent receipt says warranty exchange. I can longer have LG switched them out because my receipt say zero dollars. HELLO LG!!! They do a 1 yr one time warranty exchange. Get the memo... The new ones suck, so bad, and now you have the customer service to match. Never buy another LG product again, nor will I sell it.
