One of the best tourist attractions in NY. 102 story building which gives the opportunity to have stunning view of Manhattan New York and nearby places. You can witness crowd all the time but during sunset hours crowd will be more. If don t like crowd then go between 11 PM to 1 AM, you will still get sufficient time.
