My husband and I stayed at this resort from July 26 to Aug 31. It was both of our first time out of the states. We were treated with kindness as soon as we got to the property. Everyone greets you with a smile. We re were also greeted with a drink lol. Our room was beautiful and clean. Housekeeping was amazing. Dilbert helped us book our excursions with ease.(I wouldn t recommend CoCo Bongo though). Every server, bartender, groundskeeper and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful. There are also plenty of activities on the resort. The foam party was so much fun. The food was pretty good. The buffet La Hacienda had a pretty good selection and had a different dinner theme each night. The Japanese and Italian restaurants were really good too. The only issue was the sea weed that washes up on the beach (natural occurrence) It smelled pretty bad the day of our arrival, but the staff worked Non stop to clean it up and manage it and after a day or two we didn t even notice it. We had a great time and we would definitely return to this resort if we come back to visit.
