I have a few encounters with the first teller when you walk in the door. She has a really sour attitude. She never smiles and she responds as if you re bothering her by being there. More banks need to be co-op in the northland. Her response Mainstreet is right down the street. Way to promote the company you work for lady. Some people shouldn t work in customer service.
