Quite a disappointment, definitely not up to par with the brand. The staff are friendly and courteous, but missing the small touches. My reservation wasn't correct, and they asked my all my info, even though I've stayed at Four Seasons numerous times. Asked the valet to hold my car up front because I was leaving again right away, came back 3 minutes later and it was parked. But I understand those things can happen anywhere.

My biggest complaint is the room. I reserved an ocean front suite and it definitely is not that. It's a slightly larger room with a partial view of the ocean. Several others in my group had the same situation. This is just dishonest marketing. These rooms should never been sold as ocean front suites because they certainly are not suites and they're not ocean front. My room looks out on the pool and has a slight angle of the ocean.

When I spoke to a manager about the situation, all he could offer me was the same room, but without the bathtub because it as an ADA room, on a higher floor - or the presidential suite, which he quoted me at $6,000 a night. I don't think this resort is new enough, is in the right location or has the amenities to justify any rooms at that price.

I love the Four Seasons in Dallas, Prague, Costa Rica and other locations. I'm afraid his location in Palm Beach doesn't make the grade. -RG
