Twice now they have held our payment and said they didn't receive it on time and charged us $20. Horrible horrible customer service! Our service went out. Called them. The repair guy who is supposedly contracted out thru Stars did an update on the outside dish. Never entered the house .Was charged $30 for service call. Called customer service and they said I had to take it up with the contractor. "We pay them and they get the money out of us". It was an update on the software? Why are we paying . Looking for a new internet service today. Do not recommend at all!

Update: $50 to come and fix our internet (as usual it doesn't connect) with a new updated modem. Clear skies, no wind, & no internet AGAIN! Our household full of people is tired of using all the data on our phones when we pay for wyfi with Star.
