OK, you know this is a tourist trap. I mean, look at it. Restaurant does NOT give you access to the "photo balcony", no matter how much you have paid for dinner. And pay you will! Food is passable if overpriced, but all dining tables are indoors. Conclusion: Bar has a better view and is probably a way better priced bet if you want to enjoy Singapore from the top.
