Avantes customer support is the best customer support I have ever experienced! Adam K. and Daren F. have done literally everything they possibly can to help me troubleshooting my setup when it didn't give the expected results: countless emails, video chatting, sending a demo unit, setting up my setup in their lab, etc. I greatly appreciate everything they have done. I can't wait to purchase more equipment just so I can ask them questions.
