Not helpful at all. Our passports, cash, credit cards and cellphone were stolen on Friday night, we didn't get help till Tuesday morning. We had a flight back on Monday early morning, but they refused to provide any help till Tuesday morning. We ended upsatying for 2 more days in Rome, postponing our flight tickets.

The officer on duty said it's very common occurrence, I was like, then why can't you provide some help during weekends, at least for few hours opening embassy on weekends will really help.
