I ordered a pair of childrens school trousers which do not turn up at the store. Keep going back to the store and phoning customer services and keep being assured they will turn up. I then receive an email from ASDA stating that I have returned the trousers and been refunded. I DIDNT RECEIVE THE TROUSERS !!!! Phone Customer Services, no help whatsoever...tell me to re-order and try next day delivery at my own expense. Unf***ingbelieveable !!!
