NEW CUSTOMERS AND FUTURE PLEASE READ!!!!I I thought why not share my experience with Globe Language Service. I actually read the comments but decided to give them a chance. It s 7/15/20 my documents went out on 7/6/20 with USPS on priority mail which I extra paid and they are still in transit. Contacted Globe Service thinking they are trained and experienced in this type of trouble and the only solution was to email documents to my school. Be mindful school policies on important documents are strict they only accept hard paper duplicate documents. I myself contacted the USPS since no one will have the time to help me and see what is going on with my documents. Until today I have not heard from their customer service but the very first time I contact them they were so eager to charge me and making sure I agree their total final cost which was $290. Communication was so sharp and I liked that in the beginning. It feels like they just wanted to take my money. Nobody has really looked into my case, total disappearance from their end. I was able to open a case with USPS and they have contacted me and they have called me. All I gotta say make sure you make your research and find other places. I expected so much from their end. Total disappointment I just hope my documents don t get lost. I will probably lose my mind.
