I brought my wife s long leather coat to Arrow for cleaning and repair. There was a slight tear in the cuff of one sleeve. They explained how they would repair the coat and they executed their plan to perfection. I just picked up the coat from Dalana, a professional, friendly employee and I could not be more pleased. Just in time for cold weather, I am having a late lunch in KC before driving home to Topeka.
